I have been working hard on our website, and finally, it’s generating leads! 🥳
However, as a small business with a limited budget, answering all customer inquiries quickly is kind of a pinch in the butt.
If we want to scale, having a 24/7 customer success team is crucial to improving our conversion rates.
However, this is my first time building something like this, and honestly, I don’t know if I can. 🤔
But after some good ol’ research, this is how I’ll approach the architecture:
- We have to build a scraper that can fetch info from our website and other documents.
- Then we will spin up a vector database to store this industry info.
- Connect a language model to our Knowledge Base, to make it an “Industry Expert.”
- Set up a chat U.I. and deploy these on our website.
Actually, I’m not sure if this is economically viable for our business given the current cost of APIs.
But either way, I think the technology could still be useful in other cases.
Besides, you know me, your boy likes a good challenge above all things else. 😜
